Compliance Reporting Assistant
Sacramento
Compliance Reporting Assistant provides basic accounting, reporting, and data entry support on a team under the direction and supervision of a Team Coordinator. Candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and math skills. A legal or accounting background, and Excel knowledge is required. Two years of professional experience and some college is preferred. Position is non-exempt and will require overtime during predetermined reporting periods. Salary range $55k-$65k.
Compliance Reporting Specialist
Sacramento
Compliance Reporting Specialist provides advance accounting, reporting, and data entry support on a team under the direction and supervision of a Team Coordinator. Candidate will help administer a portfolio of clients by entering and maintaining financial information such as deposits and disbursements for the timely reporting of campaign, major donor, IRS and lobby reports. Candidate must have prior experience in political compliance reporting and ability to organize and prioritize daily workload and reporting deadlines simultaneously. Position is non-exempt and will require overtime during predetermined reporting periods. Salary range $60k-$90k.
Compliance Team Coordinator
Sacramento
Compliance Team Coordinator is responsible for leading a team of specialists and assistants and managing a portfolio of clients ensuring timely and accurate filing of reports, amendments or other special reporting required by government agencies. The Team Coordinator will set goals for performance and deadlines, organize and delegate workflow, ensure team members understand their duties and responsibilities, monitor productivity, ensure compliance with internal procedures, and provide feedback and training to team members. Candidate must have prior experience in political compliance reporting, including prior experience with oversight and management of other staff. Position is exempt. Salary range $75k-$100k
