Manager

Sacramento

The Manager of the Compliance Reporting Unit (“CRU”) supervises all department staff to ensure client and attorney needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. The role includes reviewing work for compliance with firm policies and legal requirements, supporting timely government and financial filings, escalating issues for attorney involvement, and supervising department staff on day-to-day client issues as they arise. In coordination with the Directors of Compliance and Operations (DCOs), the Manager helps maintain workflow, meet deadlines, and uphold the firm’s values of confidentiality, professionalism, and open communication.

Depending on firm needs, this position may be performed following a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence 2-3 days per week and remote work 2-3 days per week. Core work hours will be designated by the DCOs. The office environment includes a standard workstation setup with collaborative spaces, while remote work requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Employees must maintain availability during standard business hours and adhere to company policies for both in-office and remote work.  Hybrid position will be considered after the first 90 days of employment.  Salary range: $80,000-$115,000.

Team Coordinator

Team Coordinators in the Compliance Reporting Unit (“CRU”) provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of daily administrative and compliance support functions to the staff assigned to their team. The new Team Coordinator will work with other Team Coordinators at the firm to effectively supervise their assigned team of multiple staff members as part of a collaborative network of compliance professionals. This role manages workflow, guides team members, and ensures timely, accurate, and professional delivery of services to clients. The Team Coordinator also serves as a liaison between attorneys, staff, the management team and internal departments, helping to align processes and resolve issues while upholding the firm’s standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and client service.

Compliance Reporting Assistant

Sacramento

Compliance Reporting Assistant provides basic accounting, reporting, and data entry support on a team under the direction and supervision of a Team Coordinator.  Candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and math skills.  A legal or accounting background, and Excel knowledge is required.  Two years of professional experience and some college is preferred. Position is non-exempt and will require overtime during predetermined reporting periods. Salary range $55k-$65k.

Compliance Reporting Specialist

Compliance Reporting Specialist provides advance accounting, reporting, and data entry support on a team under the direction and supervision of a Team Coordinator.  Candidate will help administer a portfolio of clients by entering and maintaining financial information such as deposits and disbursements for the timely reporting of campaign, major donor, IRS and lobby reports.  Candidate must have prior experience in political compliance reporting and ability to organize and prioritize daily workload and reporting deadlines simultaneously. Position is non-exempt and will require overtime during predetermined reporting periods. Salary range $60k-$90k.
