Inez Kaminski

Associate

Inez Kaminski is an associate attorney at Olson Remcho, LLP. Ms. Kaminski represents clients in litigation over election law, public policy, and constitutional issues.  Ms. Kaminski also advises clients on political and government law matters.

In law school, Ms. Kaminski specialized in public interest law and policy. She participated in the UCLA Immigrant Family Legal Clinic, providing legal support to asylum seekers and immigrant workers.  Ms. Kaminski was a law clerk in the Capital Habeas Unit at the Office of the Federal Defender, Eastern District of California, and in the Post-Conviction Review Unit at the Office of former San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin.  

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kaminski was a senior consultant at Swanson Communications. She specialized in earned, paid, and digital media for statewide ballot initiative campaigns, labor unions, political parties, and nonprofits.  Before consulting, Ms. Kaminski was a congressional campaign fellow for the California Democratic Party.

Ms. Kaminski joined Olson Remcho as a summer law clerk in 2021. She is a member of the National Lawyers Guild, the Sacramento County Bar Association, and the California Political Attorneys Association.

Ms. Kaminski is a graduate of University of California, Davis (B.A.) and University of California, Los Angeles School of Law (J.D.) where she was a staff editor of the UCLA Criminal Justice Law Review.  She was admitted to the California Bar in November 2022.
