Emily Uchida is an associate attorney at Olson Remcho. Ms. Uchida represents clients in litigation over election law, public policy, and constitutional issues. She also advises clients on political law, government law, and nonprofit law matters.
During law school, Ms. Uchida served as Executive Editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review. She was the recipient of the Reynoso Academic Achievement Award for her performance in Constitutional Law II: Equal Protection. Prior to joining Olson Remcho as a law clerk in 2023, she interned at Legal Assistance for Seniors in Oakland, California, where she provided legal aid to seniors of Alameda County.
Ms. Uchida holds a J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, and an Honors Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Utah. She was admitted to the California Bar in November 2024.
