Anna Myles-Primakoff is a partner at Olson Remcho, where she is a member of the firm’s General Counsel Practice Group.

Based in the firm’s Sacramento office, Ms. Myles-Primakoff provides outside general counsel services to public agencies and nonprofit organizations. Her practice includes advising on governance, open meeting laws, public records compliance, contracts, governance, conflicts of interest, and regulatory matters. Ms. Myles-Primakoff also maintains a broad-based practice advising nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, including public charities and social welfare organizations. She counsels clients throughout the nonprofit sector on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, tax exemption, and organizational structuring. Her work spans the full lifecycle of nonprofit organizations—from formation and tax-exempt status applications to mergers, reorganizations, and dissolutions. She regularly advises on matters such as fiscal sponsorships, lobbying and political activity, compensation policies, and affiliated entities.

Before joining Olson Remcho in 2021, Ms. Myles-Primakoff served as Of Counsel at NEO, where she advised nonprofit and tax-exempt clients on tax compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. She previously held senior in-house legal roles at two large, globally operating nonprofit organizations—serving as General Counsel at IDinsight and Director of Legal at One Acre Fund. Earlier in her career, Ms. Myles-Primakoff worked as a staff attorney at Children’s Law Center, a legal aid organization focused on serving low-income communities in Washington D.C., where she represented caregivers for youth who were the subject of abuse and neglects cases in special education and family court cases.

Ms. Myles-Primakoff holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School, and graduated summa cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. Ms. Myles-Primakoff is admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia.
