Rachael Rutkowski an associate attorney at Olson Remcho. Ms. Rutkowski advises clients on compliance with campaign finance laws, lobbying, and elections. Ms. Rutkowski also represents clients in litigation over election law, public policy, and constitutional issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rutkowski was an associate at the San Francisco office of Perkins Coie, LLP, where her practice focused on land use entitlements, real estate transactions, and land use litigation.
During law school, Ms. Rutkowski interned at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California, served as Executive Development Editor of the Hastings Law Journal, was a teaching assistant for Legal Writing & Research and Constitutional Law I, and was President of If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice. Prior to law school, she interned for a political consulting company in Washington, D.C. and was a Running Start Fellow in the office of Congresswoman Karen Bass.
Ms. Rutkowski is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara (B.A.) and University of California, Hastings College of the Law (J.D., magna cum laude.) She was admitted to the California Bar in 2018.
