Brian C. Beyersdorf


Brian Beyersdorf is an associate attorney at Olson Remcho. Mr. Beyersdorf represents clients in litigation over election law, public policy, and constitutional issues. He also advises clients on political and governmental law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Beyersdorf was a regional attorney at the California Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) in Los Angeles. In that position, he investigated unfair practice charges, mediated labor law disputes, and drafted briefs for appellate litigation. Before PERB, Mr. Beyersdorf clerked for the Honorable Steven B. Berlin of the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges in San Francisco.

During law school, Mr. Beyersdorf was an associate editor for the California Law Review, an articles editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law, and a client counselor for the Workers’ Rights Clinic. He was also a summer associate at a union-side labor law firm and a judicial extern at the Contra Costa County Superior Court.

Before law school, Mr. Beyersdorf was a union organizer for SEIU-UHW in Los Angeles, a field representative for a state legislator in San Diego, and a community organizer for the West/Southwest Industrial Areas Foundation in Los Angeles and Houston.

Mr. Beyersdorf received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He is admitted to practice law in California.
