Arvinder Kaur is an associate attorney at Olson Remcho. Ms. Kaur advises clients on compliance with campaign finance laws, lobbying, and elections. Ms. Kaur also represents clients in litigation over election law, public policy, and constitutional issues.
During law school, Ms. Kaur interned at the Sacramento City Attorney’s Office and was selected as a Diversity Fellow by the Sacramento County Bar Association in 2019. She served as Executive Chair of the Moot Court Honors Board and was a national finalist in the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition. Ms. Kaur was selected for Order of Barristers as one of ten graduating students who have made a valuable contribution to their school’s oral advocacy program and was voted Appellate Advocate of the Year in 2021 by her peers. She was also awarded the Outstanding Graduating Student Achievement Award by the McGeorge faculty for her leadership abilities, academic standing, and moot court performance.
Prior to law school, Ms. Kaur participated in Teach for America and taught kindergarten for four years in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Ms. Kaur is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (B.A.), Alverno College, (M.A.), and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (J.D., with distinction). She was admitted to the California Bar in November 2021.
